 I was 16st 7lb and got to a point in my life where I wanted to get fit and get down to a sensible weight of around 14st and generally improve my fitness at the same time. So I contacted ACE personal training at McCaulays and Annabelle set me up with a fitness plan to follow. After several months I achieved my initial goal of 14st and now I am down to a very healthy and fit 12st. It is hard to think that only in the space of 8 months I have lost an astonishing 4st and 7lbs and beat my initial target set. I have to thank Belle for all her hard work keeping me on track and keeping me motivated. Having never used a personal trainer before, I was worried  I would feel intimidated or "picked on" due to my poor level of fitness.  I did not need to worry with Belle, we spent some time going through my background, goals and general level of fitness before beginning and then every session has been tailored to me - no easy task due to the various health problems I have - and my goals.  Belle provides constant encouragement and support and whilst she has pushed me to help me achieve my best in every session (which is far more than I thought I could achieve!) I have never felt that I was in too deep.  Belle's sessions have helped speed up my weight loss (total loss 4 and a half stone and several dress sizes smaller) and made me fitter, healthier and more confident. 


Belle is fun to work with, she provides varied routines and helps her clients achieve their potential.
