We all know the types of food that we should and shouldn't eat but sometimes it's dificult to put into perspective and evaluate our diets and eating habits.

I aim to educate my clients for lifelong healthy eating and not just a 'quick fix' or 'faddy diet' by analysing food diaries, calorie expenditure and metabolic rates and allowing my clients to make the right changes gradually with greater understanding of food and the effect of diet on their health and wellbeing.

Combined with the right amount and type of exercise I will guide you towards your goal.
